I am a 27 year old student living at Plympton Park. I study at TAFE SA in the city. I am studying software development.

I have 2 rooms available.

The rooms:
* fully furnished with bed, bedside table, desk, lamp, full linen.
* Wardrobe provided.
* Roller blinds

The home:
* 3 large bedrooms, high ceilings, Living room, Kitchen, laundry, toilet, bathroom, front yard and backyard.
* House has airconditioning / heating.
* House has high speed NBN internet
* Opposite tram line for easy access to city (Adelaide Uni, Uni-SA, and TAFE) and beach (Glenelg). 20 minute tram trip to city ( distance).
* Flinders Uni is away, access via bus (public transport).

I would prefer long term homestay and will consider shorter stays.
