We have a Double room available upstairs with a separate bathroom and toilet. You will have almost the whole upstairs to yourself, we keep some storage in a separate room upstairs.

The house is beautiful with good views and a swimming pool. Plenty of sun in the room.

The price is including utilities – power, internet, room is furnished. $280 if dinner includes is $300 a week.
Couples is $350 a week
Flinders university is less then 5km away.

This is located in a beautiful estate in Flagstaff Hill.

We are looking for a quiet, well-mannered student.

We are a young family with 2 kids, who are usually in childcare for 5 days a week.
