Hi we have 1 or 2 rooms for rent to 1 or 2 students. We are located 4 km from the city in a safe quiet suburb and there is easy public transport. Either bus, train or tram. The beach is about 15 minutes away, we have a pool and the house is air conditioned. The rooms are large enough for a queen size bed, desk, chair, lounge and they have inbuilt wardrobes. There is plenty of room for storage. I have two sons and two daughters, my sons live with me now, they are 28 and 14, my daughters are married and no longer live at home. The house has 5 bedrooms, lounge, living, dining, very large kitchen and fast internet.
