Previous students ( Chinese, Japanese, South Korean, Thai, Singaporean, South African, Philippine, Malaysian, Sri Lankan, etc.), that have stayed at the accommodation have been successful with their studies which include studying for their PhDs, Masters Degrees, Dentistry, Accounting, Nursing, Marketing, Environmental Biology, English Language Courses, to name a few.

- At KLEMZIG/WINDSOR GARDENS, 6 kms from the city, two clean and tidy private bedrooms. (No pets or children in the house)
- English speaking environment
- Bedrooms are fully furnished with locks and keys
- Rent includes electricity, water, gas and unlimited WiFi internet*. There is an option for AC (air-conditioning not included in rent) which has separate meter for each room, user pay
- House is clean, safe and quiet
- It is not a party house
- No male visitors permitted on the property
- Kitchen has all the facilities for the convenience of cooking your own meals
- Laundry has a washing machine
- One minute walk to bus stop/ station, Bus 281, 271 and 273 go zone
- Close to shopping centre
- Option1 : Room fee is $380 per week with 2 meals per day, minimum stay 12 weeks
- Option2 : Room1 fee is $250 per week and Room2 fee is $245 per week without meals, minimum stay 20 weeks and longer.
