- At KLEMZIG 6 kms from the city, clean and tidy private bedroom. (No pets or children in the house)
- English speaking environment in the house.
- Bedroom is fully furnished with keys.
- Rent includes electricity, water, gas and unlimited WiFi internet. There is an option for AC (air-conditioning not included in rent) which has separate meter for each room.
- House is clean, safe and quiet.
- Not a party house. 
- No male visitors permitted on the property.
- Kitchen has all the facilities for the convenience of cooking your own meals.
- Laundry has a washing machine.
- One minute walk to bus stop/ station, Bus 281, 271 and 273 go zone.
- Only 3 km from TAFE SA - Gilles Pains Campus
- Close to shopping centre.
- Option1 : Room fee is $370 per week with 2 meals per day, minimum stay 12 weeks.
- Option2 : Room fee is $220 per week without meals, minimum stay 12 weeks and longer.
