- At KLEMZIG/WINDSOR GARDENS, 6 kms from the city, two clean and tidy private bedrooms. (No pets or children in the house)
- English speaking environment
- Bedrooms are fully furnished with locks and keys
- Rent includes electricity, water, gas and unlimited WiFi internet*. There is an option for AC (air-conditioning not included in rent) which has separate meter for each room, user pay
- House is clean, safe and quiet
- It is not a party house
- No male visitors permitted on the property
- Kitchen has all the facilities for the convenience of cooking your own meals
- Laundry has a washing machine
- One minute walk to bus stop/ station, Bus 281, 271 and 273 go zone
- Close to shopping centre
- Option1 : Room fee is $380 per week with 2 meals per day, minimum stay 12 weeks
- Option2 : Room1 fee is $250 per week and Room2 fee is $245 per week without meals, minimum stay 20 weeks and longer.
