Located in the beautiful and well sought after Eastern suburb of Maylands, this home has all amenities close transport, Burnside shopping centre, Norwood shopping centre, prestigious schools and parks and just a short drive into the heart of the Adelaide CBD.

As I mentioned Maylands is super close with many Cafes and eateries and high end shops providing beautiful food and the best coffee ranging from sushi, to yiros/kebabs, Pasta Deli, Ice Cream, Bubble tea, Nord Burger, Grill'd Burger, and just too many others to mention! The cinema and arcade is also close by. Coles and Foodland are also there for grocery shopping.

We are clean and like to have a tidy house so we would like someone that respects our simple house rules to ensure the house is looking spotless and tidy. We are not restrictive on what the students do however we would like respectful and clean guests as we are professionals and take pride in a clean and presentable house.

We have been brought up by respectable families and we are big on manners. We would like someone that can observe simple rules like no shoes on the carpet or can clean up after themselves and can say please and thank you. We are not unreasonable and we are actually quite relaxed in most situations however having someone dirty, messy and untidy is not in our best interests as we are already very busy people and do not wish to have more work created for us.
