Sharing with a sixty one year old, female nurse who works part time, all bills included electricity, gas and internet, Netflix. Must cook own food and wash own clothes. Share kitchen, washing machine, BBQ and airfryer. Owner sleeps upstairs and has own bathroom, share bathroom is downstairs. 400 meters to train 5 mins walk.
