TWO ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SHORT OR LONG TERM!!
Modern, beautifully appointed home in lovely leafy green suburb only 10 km from city. Only 2 mins walk to public transport. Easy access to public transport to all Adelaide city universities and colleges and the Uni SA Magill Campus.
Short 5 minutes’ walk to large shopping mall and supermarket.
This house is quietly set in a lovely neighborhood close to Morialta conservation park ,Thondon park and the Newton Village shopping centre.
Only one room is available, and it is furnished with a double bed, a desk, chair and a wardrobe.
All bedding is provided. Wi-Fi internet is also available as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the whole house. There is a large shared bathroom and toilet available for tenants’ use. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and a lounge rooms.
- Strictly no smoking inside and no pets allowed.
-Kitchen, lounge, dining, toilets etc. must be kept to a clean standard if occupants have been using these.
