This house is quietly set in a lovely neighborhood close to Morialta conservation park ,Thondon park and the Newton Village shopping centre.
Only one room is available, and it is furnished with a Single bed, a desk , chair and a wardrobe.
All bedding is provided. Wifi internet is also available as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the whole house. There is a large shared bathroom and toilet available for student’s use. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area and a lounge rooms.

- Strictly no smoking inside and no pets allowed.
-Kitchen, lounge, dining, toilets etc. must be kept to a clean standard if occupants have been using these.
