Homestay in Sturt for $350 per week

I’m a female in my mid 70’s. My background is Italian. I enjoy gardening and singing. I live close by to Marion Shopping Centre, Flinders hospital & University, public transport etc. Not far from the city. I’m after a female tenant. Must be respectful, reliable and quiet. Long or short term.
$350 p/w includes all utility bills, including the internet. Happy to include breakfast if needed.
You will have your own bathroom.
