Homestay in Salisbury

We have a room available for a student in our brand new home!

All utilities, as well as breakfasts and dinners, are included in price.

Awesome entertainment set up with a huge 4k smart TV, surround sound system, Ps4 etc. Unlimited high speed internet. Brand new comfortable lounge and dining furniture. All the necessary mod cons (including a Nespresso coffee machine). Air conditioned.

We are an early twenties couple, with two very friendly dogs, a cat called Arnold, and a young baby girl. We are very easy going people, love sports, and generally like to keep our evenings quiet. We are also very tidy, and would like to have someone who is happy to help keep our home as neat as we do.

We are not far from UniSA Mawson Lakes and less than a 5 minute walk to the train station which will get you into the city in just over 20 minutes. Our home is off the street and is very quiet. The bathroom is shared, and has a shower, bath and separate toilet. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, plenty of drawer space, a built in wardrobe, heater and big TV.

We have a small backyard which we are wanting to turn into a nice entertainment area for the summer (just lawn at the moment).
