2 rooms available in large 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom, clean, organised family home located in a quiet safe suburb within walking distance of public transport and shops. Great walking trails and sporting facilities close by.

Includes 1 meal (breakfast), wifi, (unlimited download), cable TV, own bedroom, ducted cooling, newly renovated shared bathroom. Street parking available along with a large outside entertaining area a great family environment.

You will need to do your own washing, keep your room clean and supply any personal items.

Rent includes bills, can reduce to $250 per week plus bills for stays longer than 3 months.

We also have a very friendly labradoodle who is mostly outside and in his grate when inside as he is still a puppy in training but very well behaved.

We are a family of 3, my daughter 18 who works part time and my son 16 who attends high school and like most teenagers are out more than home and I work fulltime. Very respectful of our guest.
