I have a large modern house with Heating and cooling in every room. Bedroom is quite and clean. Me and my sister live together and we are looking for a students that want a secure and safe environment.
I am Asian but speak fluent english and have a good understanding of Aussie culture. I love to cook Asian food but can cook western food if you need it.
$250 per week for rent, internet and all bills included.
Meal Breakfast and Diner I can do for you if you need it.
Easy 2 min walk to bus stop.
