About this homestay
Hello!!! We are a girls-only student accommodation.
After 30 years hosting international students we can confidently say we have the experience you need. We really understand the importance of study, the importance of English language and the importance of a fun family environment where you are secure and safe at all times. We have never had a student fail their academic goal. We had four students in 2016 who achieved a total of 10 high distinctions, eight distinctions, and two credits : an astonishing result. We have language laboratory facilities to teach English and IELTS speaking proficiency is our specialty. Food tends to be Asian and is, generally, restaurant standard. Rice is almost always available. (Most of our family are chefs)
We have access to interpreters for Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese. Each year in April we offer all students a 3 or 4 day holiday somewhere in South Eastern Australia at our expense. We have other weekends away also during the year.
