About this homestay

I live with with my dog and cat.
I work as a security guard and am starting a new business. I want the rent money from a student to spend more time at home for my own study.
I live on a quiet street 8 minute walk to the train station that is 45 minutes north of Adelaide.
I have a piano and flutes. I enjoy video games.
I have a great backyard, a friendly well trained puppy and an archery range.
Respect is the biggest request both given and received I ask of the student.
I work with people as a career and can talk with anyone. I hope the student and I can share food, stories, skills and fun. We can go out sight seeing, or if they prefer to do their own thing that's fine.
I am interested in any and all forms of study and skills. I have worked in most industries.
I am building a management consultancy business.
The student will have their own room at the end of the house, seperate bathroom. I have my own bathroom.
I would like to know a bit about the applicant student before confirming.
